A&P is generally a pre-requisite for all body work Therapist courses.
This course is generally conducted in a single day with assessments throughout. However, I will happily tailor the course to your own needs, working on each section in modules over Zoom to suit your learning requirements. Anatomy & physiology is a fascinating subject and it is important to understand the systems of the body; hence it is a requirement before Therapists can be insured for body work such as holistic massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage and warm bamboo massage.
