We use the power of Zoom, facebook, telephone, YouTube - whatever works best for you. - and of course, you are welcome here in sunny Spain for any of the modules face-to-face!
This Shine On Course is a contunuous with rolling sessions of masterclasses and courses. Once we've had a discovery chat, we can decide which is the best module for you to start with in order to personalise your experience and best meet your individual needs. Each module is one month to empower your learning and progress without pressure and to give you 1-2-1 time. This will give you a chance to explore and fine-tune your newly found skills.

* The Balance Procedure.
* The Magic of Crystals for Healing.
* Acupressure for personal wellbeing.
* Astrology - who we were born to be is written in the stars. How to work with this valuable information to understand yourself.
* Mindfulmess, meditation & The Bach Flower Remedies.
* How to put it all together, including complimg your personal holistic first response action list.
