Ear Reflexology refers to physical stimulation of the reflex areas of the ears. Just as feet and hands have reflex points for the organs, systems and part os the body, so too do the ears.
Ear reflexogy involves gentle massage of the ears and the reflex points to stimulate the body's own healing ability where needed.
