Welcome, I look forward to working with you to find the answers and the pathway that you're looking for.
You will find this a multi-faceted site with information on holistic approaches to life, distance healing, Tuition, workshops and mentoring. If you want to improve your world whether that be on a physical, emotional or spiritual level, then you've come to the right place. Just about everything can be done via Zoom / social media Apps and in the comfort of your own home at a time that is right for you. I keep my prices very real and affordable as my passion is to inspire my clients and for you to be able to action your heart's desire.
I had always considered myself right up there spiritually until I plunged into the dark night of my soul in 2019 when my heart failed and with a heart function of just 17%, I went through yet another wake-up call and that forced me to commit even further to a spiritual path of enlightenment in order to survive.
The journey has been incredible and with the aim of empowering others to learn so many life lessons, I wrote a book containing the insights along the way, from recognising the clues that are all around us every day, to guide us along our life path, to working with energies, healing modalities and the power of our mind and manifestation - which can be a good thing - or a bad if we're in a negative headspace.
I conduct courses via Zoom and in person here in beautiful Andalucia, to empower you to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and maybe use the wisdom that I've acrued due to experience and to study.
Although I have 20 years of experience as a Holistic Practitioner and have had so many lives within my lifetime, from Medical Secretary to high flying Londoner to Pub Landlady, what I offer on these pages goes above and beyond my initial Therapist path, to now empower and/or train you to whatever level you wish. I also give talks and informal workshops.
